I am a freelance artist and illustrator,
stick artist, aspiring concept artist.
I draw both traditional and digital art.

  • Hateful/Harmful Content

Basic Info

I only draw digital art for commissions.I only offer shaded / full colour drawings at the moment.I only accept payments in USD via PayPal, which will be linked upon further request.All prices may be subject to increase depending on factors such as complexity of character design, amount of props or camera perspective.Extra characters will be 100% the price of the first one.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read before commissioning me!

  • I require a 50% upfront payment to start commission work. Once paid, this money will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • When I have accepted your commission, I will draw a rough sketch and present it to you for feedback on changing the pose, expressions, etc. Once this is finalised, only minor changes will be allowed. I will charge you extra for changes that deviate too drastically from the agreed concept.

  • I will send you the work in progress for updates and feedback.

  • Your art can be expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks, although it may take longer depending on the complexity of the commission or the amount of commissions I am taking. This will be told to you if this is the case.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances out of my control that prevent me from drawing, the deadline may be deferred to an agreed date and if the customer requests a refund, a partial refund will be given depending on how much of the drawing was completed.

  • You may not use my work in a way that is: political, religious or as part of hateful rhetoric directed at a group.

  • You may not use my work commercially (resale, use as stickers, posters, etc) UNLESS you have clearly expressed that the nature of the commission is such.

  • I, tate_art, retain the rights to the artwork as I am the original artist. When reposting, you must include my watermark and credit me.

  • As an artist, I, tate_art, may use your commission art as an example in my portfolio and/or post the artwork online to my social medias. (with credit to the customer.)

  • If you do not wish to have this artwork shown as part of my portfolio or on my social medias, you MUST tell me directly. If you have not conveyed this information clearly to me, I reserve the right to post the artwork, as stated above.

EXTRA INFO

Please provide me with clear, coloured references of your characters! If possible, give me multiple images.I will ask you questions about the following if not provided already:

  • What size of canvas do you want? (eg. square, portrait, landscape)

  • How many characters?

  • Do you want a background or no background? (for characters)

  • Do you want it to be drawn with your own pose (if so, send me the reference image), or do you want me to make the pose myself?
